Reach 8,000 Latino School Administrators and Superintendents with Association of Latino Administrators and Superintendents
Members include K-12 district superintendents, principals and central-office administrators (such as assistant superintendents and curriculum directors) working in public school systems that serve Latino youth or other historically underserved populations; they are based across individual districts, state/regional affiliates and institution-level, higher-education and corporate partner memberships. The Association of Latino Administrators & Superintendents (ALAS) is a national nonprofit representing K‑12 and district education leaders—principals, superintendents, and administrators—who serve Latino and historically marginalized students. With nearly 20 state/regional affiliate chapters representing more than 31 million students, it was founded to build leadership capacity in these communities. Founded in the early 2000s, ALAS empowers education leaders through professional development, networking, and advocacy—offering advertisers and sponsors a high‑value channel to engage influential education decision‑makers with strong purchasing influence in school systems serving rapidly growing Latino student populations.
